Andhra Pradesh Launched An App To File Corruption Complaints Called “ACB 14400”

Anti-Corruption Bureau

The Anti-Corruption Bureau of the Andhra Pradesh government has created a mobile application called “ACB 14400” that allows citizens to report corruption. The Google Play Store is where you can get the app.

An OTP will be delivered to the user’s phone once the app has been downloaded to validate the mobile number.

When you launch the “ACB 14400” app, you’ll see two categories: “Live Report” and “Lodge Complaint.”

Users can use their mobile phones to take photos, capture audio or video of live acts of corruption and submit complaints in the “Live Report” section.

Users can create a complaint in the “Lodge Complaint” area by attaching existing papers, photographs, audio, or video files before submitting it.

A reference ID will be issued to the cellphone number registered with the app after the complaints have been filed. The Anti-Corruption Bureau will next review the complaints and take any required action.

The app is now only accessible on the Google Play Store, but an iOS version will be available in the Apple App Store soon.
